All our tiles are brand new and additional protective corners will be added for delivery via courier prior to dispatch, (in collection no border added). If however there is any damage when the tiles arrive with you please simply note the damage down on the courier's pod and sign the delivery as damaged. We will then simple refund or replace any damaged tiles for you. All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched on a next working day delivery service.
